Please note we do not work on silver, non-precious metals, or any type of lab-made, synthetic or man-made diamonds. We strive only to provide the highest level of craftsmanship quality utilizing authentic natural stones and materials.

​How Do I Place An Order?

 

Submit your information through our contact form, and someone will be in contact with you for a personalized consultation on your custom piece.

Processing Time

​

Since every custom order is unique processing time varies depending on order type. Once design is complete we will be able to provide an approximate turn around time for your custom order.

 

Payment and Shipping

​

After your order is fulfilled and packaged, it will be shipped via UPS or FedEx. Orders generally ship Monday through Friday only. Saturday delivery may be available for an additional charge. Sunday and holiday delivery is not available. Multiple items order under a single order may not always ship together. In the case of multiple shipments for as order, you will not be charged any additional shipping fees. To ensure a safe and secure delivery of your order, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday. Orders that are placed on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day. All orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS. The shipping rate is contiguous to 48 U.S. states. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam may be subject to higher shipping costs.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFO

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for domestic delivery. 

  • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

  • We cannot and will not change or intercept a package to alter the delivery.

  • We will only ship to address provided at checkout.

 

​Returns & Refunds

 

All orders made through, "Mateo Made It" are considered custom orders, made as requested by client (you), and we are not required to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase for any reason. Each piece of jewelry can take several days to several weeks to create from start to finish, all depending on how you customized your order.

SOME pieces may be accepted for partial store credit or exchange if returned in salable condition within 15 days from the date received. Buyer will be held responsible for any restocking fees and/ or reconditioning fees, plus all shipping fees as they are non refundable. We will not refund for "buyers remorse." Absolutely no refunds on custom engraved merchandise, custom made rings, grills or any custom work. Items thought to be damaged or defective must be returned at the customers expenses and the validity of all claims will be decided by "Mateo Made It".

If the received order was faulty or damaged, we will properly meet ligations under applicable laws.

Please remember returns for store credit may be accepted within 15 days from the received date for an exchange or store credit only. Shipping fee is non-refundable, unless you received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s).
